We really want your print to come safe and in perfect condition. In case the print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you or someone else accidentally damages the print, we can't take responsibility for those actions and the print will not be replaced.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you wish to return your item, send us an e-mail no later than 14 days after you received it.
Please contact us first if you have any problem with your valuable item.

Make sure the address of delivery is correct and there are all elements necessary to identify the exact delivery address (first/ last name/number on the intercom, floor, mobile phone number for quick contact, etc).
Once the print is ready, it will be shipped via courier and you will receive a tracking number. All items are shipped from Labin, Croatia. Please allow up to one week to fulfill the order plus 3 to 10 business days for delivery in Croatia (depending on location).
For other countries: 5 - 15 business days
Art prints come rolled up in a tube.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
